Human Diversity Training
Intercultural competence refers to an ability to achieve social goals with minimum misunderstanding. Managing a multicultural
workforce, for example, requires an ability to get the most out of manager is perceived as fair, approachable, and willing
to listen to employees across the different groups.
You Will Learn:
